Platini's proposal for the 2022 World Cup Schedule Birthdays
UEFA President Michel Platini said the 2022 World Cup can not be played in the desert with a temperature of 55 degrees Celsius.
He suggested the best way to hold four annual event that was when Europe was entering the winter.
