Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehman has admitted that he is looking for a move come the January window in order to regain first team football. The German international has been kept out of the Gunners side in recent weeks due to the manager's (Arsene Wenger) preference to pick Manuel Almunia ahead of him.Lehman made two dodgy mistakes at the beginning of the season against Blackburn and Fulham respectively and since then has failed to regain his first team place.
The Germnay number one wants to leave the Emirates to maintain his starting place for Euro 2008. "I definitely want to play at Euro 2008. Playing there has always been my aim.""The Bundesliga is always attractive and is an option, and maybe the German second division is too."
It has been quite clear that Lehman was going to leave Arsenal since the Bolton game last month. After a good international break for the 38-year old, Lehman was quoted as saying that he expected to be back in the Arsenal team for the home game against Bolton, but unfortunately for him he hasn't been picked since.
