Saha, 29, has been out of favour at United with new arrival Carlos Tevez finding form recently in his strike partnership with Wayne Rooney. However prior to this season Saha had already convinced the pundits of his goal scoring ability as he snatched 25 goals in his 75 appearances for The Red Devils.
Eto'o, 26, is in a similar position to Saha in that once he returns from injury I fear he won't get his spot ahead of Thierry Henry in the line up. The Cameroon international has got an incredible goal scoring record for last seasons La Liga Runners-up, netting 61 times in just 90 games since joining the club in 2004.
However, I wonder why they would consider moving to these clubs if they want to be assured of first team places, as they will just face the same problems as one another had already had. I think that Utd's rivals Man City may make an approach for the Reds number 9 to accommodate for their striker problem
