Shefki Kuqi scored twice to ensure Blackburn took all three points at home to West Brom. The first-half was a midfield battle but the game really came to life on 80 minutes when Shefki Kuqi scored his first of two goals with a neat header from a Pedersen corner from the left. Blackburn were really on top during the second-half and they rapped up the win two minutes from time when Kuqi grabbed his second when he took advantage of a silly defensive error to slot home. Final score Blackburn 2-0 West Brom.
Great result for Blackburn and they seem to be going on a bit of a run after last weeks impressive win away to Man United at Old Trafford. Great to see Kuqi scoring his first goals for the club. Blackburn on the whole of the performance deserved the win and this win leaves them in 8th in the league whilst the defeat for West Brom leaves them in the relagation's zone in 19th.
