Cheslea just keep on winning

Cheslea won their eight consecutive game this season with a brilliant 4-1 win away to Liverpool. The sides drew 0-0 midweek in a Champions league group match at Anfield but today it was a totally different story. The first of Cheslea's four goals was from the penalty spot when Didier Drogba was taken down in the area by Djimi Traore and Frank Lampard slotted home. Liverpool equalised soon after when reds skipper Steven Gerrard powered home past Chelsea keeper Peter Cech. But Chelseas then again took the lead when Ivory Coast international Didier Drogba put in Damien Duff and he put the ball into the back of Jose Pepe Reina's net.

Chelsea extended their lead just a few minutes later when Didier Drogba apparently had a shot but it fell to Joe Cole and he shot home Chelsea's third. But the rout was complete when Gerimi finished of a neat Chelsea move to ensure Chelsea went back to Stamford Bridge. Final score Liverpool 1-4 Chelsea.

Chelsea have got of to an absouloutly brilliant start this season and few would predict that they will not regain the title this season. To be perfectly honest Liverpool's chances of winning the title this season are very very slim. The scoreline to be honest quite flattered Chelsea and I don't think it will affect Liverpool a great deal. I heard Rafa Benitez talking after the game and he said that "Jose Mourinho know's alot about the other team but I'm just trying to concentrate on my team."
