According to today's Daily Star, Fulham manager Roy Hodgson is tracking Tottenham midfielder Temmu Tainio.
Hodgson is apparently keen in making a £2 million bid for the Finnish international and with Tainio currently struggling to break into the Tottenham starting eleven he may be interested in a move across London.
Tainio has also apparently been told by new Spurs boss Juande Ramos that he has no future at the club and he will be looking to offload him in this transfer window. Tainio, 28, joined Spurs back in 2005 from Frecnh side Auxerre and has since played over 70 appearances for the club.
I would not be at all surprised if Tainio joins Fulham. He is a decent player and would be a good addition to a struggling Fulham side who will inevitably be in a relegation battle.
