Man City are set to make bids for Spurs stars Paul Robinson and Dimitar Berbatov in the January transfer window according to The News of The World newspaper.
England's number 1 Paul Robinson has been horribly off form for his London club this season contributing greatly to Spurs' poor start to the campaign. Also with rumours escalating about new head coach Juande Ramos on the verge of signing his former keeper Palop from Sevilla we may see the end of Paul Robinson's reign as Spurs shot stopper.
Dimitar Berbatov has also failed to impress at White Hart Lane this season as the Bulgarian international has only started to find his feet in recent weeks. Despite this it seems Sven Goran Eriksson has already been convinced with last seasons inspiring performances as the Swede is reportedly ready to put in an offer for the striker come January.
It is expected that Berbatov and Robinson will cost £20 million and £10 million respectively, I hope for the sake of Thaksins bank balance, that Sven doesn't want anyone else.
