Matthew Taylor has tonight claimed that Portsmouth have accepted two bids for him.
The left sided defender/midfielder was told he could leave the club and that led to weeks of intense speculation over the 26-year old's future.
Bolton, Aston Villa, Tottenham, Sunderland, Reading, Everton and Fulham were all said to be interested in the player and it now appears as though two of them have made their feelings known to Pompey.
Taylor was one of the key reasons why Portsmouth stayed in the Premier League last season and it has been a real shame to of seen so little of him this season. It is thought that whoever wants to secure the signature of Taylor will have to cough up around £4 million.
