According to reports in several papers today, Liverpool are the latest club to show an interest in Sevilla defender Dani Alves.The Brazilian international has long been linked with a move to the Premier League with Chelsea and Tottenham also said to be interested in 24-year old.
Alves is supposedly desperate to leave Sevilla in the summer and it is thought that La Liga giants will only listen to offers of £20 million + for their star player.
The sooner Alves moves to the Premier League the better. He is a quality right-back who also has an eye for goal and in my mind would be an instant success in England. I tend to favour Chelsea to win the race for Alves signature for no apparent reason.
