City need some Kompany




Manchester City have agreed to buy Belgium star Vincent Kompany from Hamburg.The German club, managed by ex-Tottenham boss Martin Jol, claim a fee has been agreed for the defender.Kompany, 22, has played 23 times for his country and is highly-rated in Germany.He would become City's third signing of the summer after striker Jo and centre-back Tal Ben Haim.Hamburg’s director of football Dietmar Beiersdorfer said: “We wish Vincent all the best for his future.”

I think this would be an excellent signing and I feel it could turn out to be the buy of the season. Maybe Arsenal should have gone for him instead of Silvestere...
