Spurs eye £9 million former Chelsea star

According to today's Daily Telegraph, Tottenham are planning a January move for Juventus midfielder Tiago.

The player of course used to play for London rivals Chelsea and he is believed to be interested in a move back to the Premier League after falling out of favour at Juve.

Tiago was linked with a move to West Ham almost two months ago but they don't seem to be interested in him anymore and Spurs boss Juande Ramos is ready to spend £9 million on the 26-year old.

I feel Tiago did a good job for Chelsea when he was their and I think he could do an even better job at Spurs. He was a large part of Chelsea's Premier League winning team back in 04/05 scoring four times in 34 appearances and I think was harshly shown the exit door at Stamford Bridge.
