Sunderland are closing in on the signings of Stephen Hunt, Leroy Lita and Quinton Fortune according to reports in the Daily Mirror today.
Hunt has been linked with a move to the Stadium of Light in recent weeks and seems like a typical Roy Keane signing, fiery, upbeat and a touch of class.
Lita has had trouble finding a place in the Reading starting eleven this season despite his decent form last season and his several appearances in the European U 21 Championships. He has been strongly linked with a move away from The Madejski.
Quinton Fortune is the other player that Keane is reportedly targeting. He didn't appear too much for Bolton before being released in May of last year but as a former team mate of Roy's he obviously still sees something in him.
On a scale of 1-10 how would I rate these signings. Hunt (10), Lita (9) and Fortune (4). Let's just hope for Roy's sake that Quinton proves me wrong.
