Newcastle United manager Sam Allardyce is supposedly interested in bringing Bolton captain Kevin Nolan to St James' Park.The Magpies boss is interested in bringing another central midfield player to the club after his summer signing Joey Barton has got in a bit of trouble with the Police.
It is believed Allardyce is to bid £5 million for Nolan and with Bolton currently under achieving Nolan may be tempted by his former boss at St James' Park.
I personally feel this deal could happen and I think £5 million is a reasonable price for a decent midfield player. The 25-year old was on the brink of an England call up last year but that never happened and I think a move to the Magpies may help his cause to get into Capello's squad.
