It has been widely speculated today that Marseille youngster, Samir Nasri may be on his way to the Premier League. Tottenham, Arsenal, Man United, Man City and Chelsea are all said to be keen on the French international.Nasri was in Champions League action in his sides 4-0 home defeat to Liverpool and despite coming on after a half an hour he was without doubt, Marseille's top performer on the night.
Marseille are currently lying in mid table in the French league and in my view, and the view of many others, Nasri is too good for that. He is a very creative player with a flamboyant style about him.
It is believed whoever does want to sign him will have to cough up as much as £20 million, but I think that figure may rise. I would also not be surprised if none of the other top European clubs come in for him.
