It has been rumoured today in the Observer that Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is after Lyon striker Karim Benzema.The 19-year old striker has impressed immensely this season in both the French league and the Champions League, his performance against Rangers was nothing short of sensational and that has apparently sparked an on-going interest from the Gunners boss.
Benzema has made over 50 performances already for the French giants and has scored 17 goals. He has been linked with many other European giants including AC Milan.
I personally would like to see Benzema join the Premier League because he looks a class act. I personally feel if he continues at the rate he has been going at, he could be as good as Henry and that's no joke.
