Valencia midfielder Edu has today confirmed he is not interested in a move back to the Premier League. The former Arsenal midfielder has revealed that he has rejected several offers to return to England after three years at Valencia.Edu has had a shocking three years at the La Liga giants since joining from the Gunners back in 2005. His first two years where spent on the sidelines at the Mestalla due to knee ligament damage.
"I received some offers over the summer, above all from England, because people knew I had recovered, but I want to stay with Valencia and to have a good season and be a success here," he told AS.
"I do not want to think about anything other than Valencia. I took care of myself during the holiday and I am looking forward to what will be a very important season for me. I personally would of liken to see Edu back in the Premier League. He was a terrific player for the Gunners who I feel would of been a superb acquisition for many top flight sides.
