Chelsea have agreed a fee for Lokomotiv Moscow star Branislav Ivanovic according to reports on Sky Sports today.The centre half picked up a lot of praise at last Summer's U21 European Championships and it is believed that Chelsea have been following him ever since.
The transfer will be completed once the 23 year old completes a medical and agrees personal terms, a work permit has been secured for the Serbian. It is still unknown what his fee will be but it is thought to be in the region of £7.5 million.
