Tottenham are set to make an approach for Almeria's Alvaro Negredo and Mane according to reports on Sky Sports today. Negredo, 22, is Almeria's main striker and is highly rated in La Liga. He moved to the club only last year from Real Madrid who do though have a buy back option with the player. Spurs boss Juande Ramos is thought to be very keen on bringing the number 9 to White Hart Lane.
Mane is a 26 year old defender also playing for Almeria. He joined the club in 2006 from Ciudad de Murcia. Despite being his elder Mane isn't as well known as Negredo but on the few occasions that I have seen him he looks to be a decent player.
