Defeated Honda, Yamaha, Not Panic


MotoGP race ahead of Britain at Silverstone Circuit, Yamaha will continue to work hard.

Yamaha team manager, Wilco Zeelenberg, remain satisfied despite two ridernya, Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies, lost to Repsol Honda rider Casey Stoner.

Had the lead early in the race, Stoner Lorenzo overtaken in the second lap. Since then Lorenzo difficulty chasing Stoner in the first position. The condition lasted until the end of the race.

The third position achieved by teammate Lorenzo, Ben Spies, who beat Andrea Dovizioso (Repsol Honda). This is the first successful Spies reach the podium this season.

Although again failed to match the speed of the Honda in the last two series, but the manager of Yamaha Wilco Zeelenberg remain dissatisfied with the notch team in Catalunya.

"The race is not too spectacular, but the second and third position is obviously very important to us (Yamaha). We are getting to cut the distance this weekend. We've said it before, it is very important to end every race on the podium," said Zeelenberg as reported by the official MotoGP website .

MotoGP race ahead of Britain at Silverstone Circuit this weekend, Zeelenberg admitted Yamaha will continue to work hard to fix Yamaha M1 in order to balance the speed of Honda.

"We have to solve some problems and took an important step, but we're headed in the right direction. I'm very happy for Jorge to reach the podium in front of his own supporters, and Ben who rose from a difficult time with his first podium," said Zeelenberg.
